About Us

The Missouri Illinois Trials Association is an organization that is dedicated to the promotion of the sport of Observed Trials in the central/southern Illinois and Missouri region.

Trials is a motorcycle sport that is scored by how many times you touch the ground for balance as you are going thru a marked course called a section. The speeds are slow but the new bikes can certainly make you hold on tight when you turn the gas on.

We host approximately 10 events per year at various locations located within a 2 to 3 hour drive of St. Louis, Missouri.  For more information on our club send us an email at webmaster@mita-trials.com

Great News!  We have obtained permission from the Rockport Off Road Park in Rockport, IL to hold our events there.  The October event has now been moved to Rockport, IL on Sunday October 16, 2005.  More information and directions will be posted in the Event Info section of the site early next week.
